hire.
Every role at Al Areen is filled against a written job description, a named hiring manager, and a documented evaluation rubric. No role is filled because someone is available.
Every role is written before it is opened.
No role exists because someone left. Every hire begins with a written brief: the problem the person will solve, the skills required, and the person they will report to — by name.
Named managers, not departments.
You will know before your first interview who you will work for, what their background is, and how decisions are made in that room.
No agencies. No referral bonuses.
We do not pay finders. We do not use headhunters. Every candidate comes through the same door — the application form on this page — and is evaluated the same way.
We respond to every application we want to speak to.
We read every application that comes in. If we want to talk, you will hear from us within five business days. If we don't reach out, the role has moved forward with another candidate.
