This website is the public documentation layer of Al Areen Mining Co. Every page on it is a file in our dossier. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to buy or sell precious metals, a financial instrument, a securities offering, or an investment recommendation.
It is not a trading platform. It is not a live price ticker. It is not a custodian or settlement venue. Commercial engagements with Al Areen Mining Co. are negotiated one-to-one, documented with signed agreements, and governed by contract — not by website copy.
We publish information we believe to be accurate at the time of publication. Where a status changes — a licence is issued, a document becomes public, a page is revised — the page is updated and the revision stamp reflects the change. We do not quietly amend historical statements.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute arising from the operation of this website is to be resolved in the competent courts of Kampala, Uganda, unless a separate commercial agreement specifies otherwise.
